The Discernment Process
This is Step ONE where...
  • Candidates consider the role and submit applications.
  • Applications are currently OPEN

The pastoral search team will review all applications as they come in and progress successful candidates to Stage Two, the interview process with the team. 

 

Meet the pastoral search team...

The pastoral search team is made up of people within the congregation who represent us well. The candidates will meet with this team and it is their responsibility to present one candidate to the members for a call to pastoral ministry at TBC.
