Life in the World

Matthew's Gospel focuses on Jesus as the fulfilment of God's promises in real life. Jesus speaks of the life He brings in full and rich terms: the privileged and powerful, the poor and the isolated, the sick, the outcasts, the respectable and despised all hear the call to follow and obey Jesus and the offer of life and forgiveness in His name.
